Charles and Becky Sargent have been married since 1978 and in some form of ministry for most of those.  Charles has known the Lord since his early 20’s and Becky since her teens.  They have served as Pastors, Associate Pastors, Children and Youth Leaders, Altar Ministry Leaders and in various other ministries.  They desire is to see the Body of Christ step up and be what Isaiah 61:1-3 spoke about Jesus, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified”;  and we are His ambassadors and should be doing the same for a lost and dying world.  Their desire is to see people know Christ in a deeply personal relationship. To be discipled and become mature sons and daughters of the King; walking in Kingdom mentality and free from a religious spirit.

Carl and Linda, founders of Yahweh Ministries, were married to Jesus and then married to each other in 1994.   Carl was radically saved from a lifestyle of drug abuse.  Never having been churched or bound to religion, he was saved with a zeal and burning hunger for the Lord and a desire to see others also set free.  Linda had grown up in church but was born again and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1993.  Linda’s passion is to teach others how to be set free from generational curses and strongholds as she has been and walk in freedom and victory. Together they  have worked with children and youth and started a very successful Teen Center in Harrisonburg to reach the inner city youth in 1998.  They have also been leaders of intercessory prayer in several churches.   Now, the Lord has directed them to establish Yahweh Ministries with a burning, urgent desire to see God's people set free, on fire for Him, having Him as their only inheritance, and a unbridled pursuit of returning to their First Love with the message:  The Kingdom of God is at hand.
